Refund Policy

Refunds, if provided, must be handled by Field Hockey Fun by IMPACT Sports & Health directly (they are not handled through SportsSignup).

Registration Refunds:
Refund Policy for our Camps, Clinics & Spring Competitions: (I) Non-Refundable Charge: A non-refundable registration charge of $100 is included in each registration per person. Therefore a refund for cancellation is the paid registration fee minus $100 per person registered. No refund for cancellations of any clinic/single session with a registration fee less than $100. (II) Refund Requests: Requests must be submitted in writing, via email, up to 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the first day of the registered camp/clinic session. Registered participant, parent or guardian can request a refund (minus the $100 non-refundable charge) by emailing Hockey Fun at: Make sure you receive a confirmation that the email was received by Hockey Fun before the two-week deadline. (III) No refunds will be provided if registrations are canceled by phone, nor if the cancellation occurs after the two-week deadline (2 weeks prior to the first day of the registered camp or clinic session).

Store Refunds:
All sales are final.
